Gamestop is Retarded.
There's not much I can add to this story if you've read about it somewhere else already, but I just feel compelled to comment on how stupid this is. So, let me get this straight. I'll be able to walk into a Gamestop store, pick out the DLC I want to buy, go to the register and pay for it, and then.......go home and still have get on Live and download it? Why the fuck did I just waste my time and gas money driving all the way to Gamestop? Stupid and pointless. They also said something about a large market for full game downloads being a ways off. You mean, like, Games on Demand? Right, Gamestop, good job.

Retarded doesn't mean stupid. Gamestop isn't retarded. Your language needs help. Using the word retarded as slang doesn't work anyway you look at it and make you look like a 7th grader, which maybe you are?

You will buy it in the store and when you turn on your XBOX or PS3 it will be a pending download and will start downloading automatically...
If your system is on already it will automatically begin downloading
@ hmshore - if the idea retards other, better ones, then hey, guess what? I can use the word if I want to. Don't like it? Sad day for you. Does it make you feel better if I change it to "stupid"? Pretend I used that word, then. Slang is slang is slang.
@ anynymous - Maybe you are the moron who can't read. The story does not say it will be a pending download. That would make sense, but the story doesn't say that. Being "available" and "pending" are different. Maybe that's the case, though, and instead of acting like a douche you could have provided a link, if you even have one. If this is less RETARDED than I initially thought, then that's fine with me.
I also love how you trolls find the smallest paragraph about the most inane thing on my blog to comment on, when I actually talk about, you know, games in all the other posts. Is my article about Monkey Island not suitable enough to call me a moron over? Get over yourselves.
